I have many GB of free space and I get random stuff added at the end of
files. git repositories seem to be more susceptible to this. Next time
it happens I'll make sure to check how many bytes are added and other
suspicious things (e.g. whether the full size becomes close to a 4kb
multiple or som
It seems like I have a similar problem with Tomboy synchronizing on both
my netbook and my laptop . It seemed to happen when I added a note to
the Ubuntu One website. Except I get this kind of error message (see
attached). Any other advice on how I can get Tomboy syncing again?

I'm unable to reproduce the exact problem in Maverick, however it seems
that, when the driver is removed, neither /usr/lib/nvidia-current nor
/usr/lib32/nvidia-current can be removed because the following link is
not removed:
libnvidia-wfb.so.1 > libnvidia-wfb.so.260.19.06
