gnome-system-monitor not installed by default yet instructions state to use
program w/o prior install
I used grub-install --recheck and it totally removed my
/boot/grub/device.map. Then, I re-ran "sudo dpkg-reconfigure grub-pc"
and re-confirmed all 4 drives, which it installed grub on top as normal.
On reboot, grub was happy. \o/

I just tried with the Nov 24 ISO image for amd64, and had the same
situation: it doesn't detect the disk. This is on a IBM X3550 M3, which
I believe uses Megaraid SAS, but it's some slightly different IBM

It isn't bug, the upstream already confirm that they will not support
the Driver for Linux. You can get alternate version through community
and forum which is can enable you native resolution.

I just test it with linux-image-2.6.37-020637rc2-generic and the bug
still exists.
What I noticed is that sometimes the card reader works perfectly until I
eject the SD card. I mounted and ejected the SD cards several times, it
sometimes works and sometimes fails. In all cases the messages in sysl
my suggestion for moving this into the ubuntu-docs package is that any
customization etc will be covered by the ubuntu documentation or if there is
an upstream ever?

By default pvmove allocates extents on pvs OTHER than the one they are
coming from. If you want to move extents around on the same PV, IIRC,
