I just want to add, that i just ran "sudo apt-get update" followed by
"sudo apt-get upgrade" and the broken packages seemed to have fixed
themselves. I believe this still may be an issue upon upgrading though,
and should be investigated.

Could you please try removing that and restarting Firefox and see if the
problem is still occurring?

You mean that instaling libgl1-dri-gallium fixes the jerky full-screen
playback with flash's hardware acceleration not disabled?
I'm going to mark this as invalid. It looks like flash is just being
silly, and that's not something we can fix.
