Althoug this is fixed upstream and in latest Lucid packages, it still
does affect karmic. xdmx under karmic is completely unusable due to this
bug (and some others, which can't be seen due to xdmx not starting...).
I have a set of patches ready, handpicked from upstream xorg git, which
make xdmx on
Note that user-mode-linux currently fails to build under Ubuntu due to
lack of suitable build-dep (linux-source-2.6.22!).
I checked the Ubuntu changelog, and it mentions changes (such as
dropping a patch from upstream or fixing a struct) to fix build with
newer kernels, and adding amd64 to the arc

Hi Dustin,
Thanks for responding. I'm sorry for filing it against the wrong
package. Do you have any idea why this might be a problem in
virtualbox-ose? Could additional setup by testdrive avoid the problem
of failed installs within virtualbox-ose?

I have the same problem, but i've got another Audacious version - 2.2.0
When I move crossfader to the beginning of the song then Audacious freezes but
music is playing.
Then only thing I can do is kill the process and start again.
But in your case Aud freezes when you change to less than 16 second
