I've now uploaded version 2.7.1 of the intel driver. It should be built

This bug occurred after an recent package update I think I vaguely
recall seeing something about tzdata but I could be terribly off with
this. But it seems that after upgrading this server from 8.04 all the
way up to 9.10 it broke and fixed my torrentflux several times.

In driconf i fixed it with this driconf-workaround. However, driconf

I'm also affected by this bug. When copying from or to a ntfs partition
the transfer speed starts normally but then falls down to a halt... Then
I get 100% CPU usage, 0.2% mem usage and the interesting part is that

I have the same problem with a newly install and updated Kubuntu Karmic
9.10 on a 64bit machine.

We are not using nscd, but with the same content in /etc/nsswitch.conf
and a disappearing nis master, any lookup of local (e.g. root) users
