Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

I have added a google calendar to evolution. All my appointments that
are not timed such as, all day appointments, birthdays, anniversaries,
etc. are not synchronized in evolution.

I guess the easiest way to replicate this is to:
1.) set up a google calendar
2.) link google calendar to evolution
3.) click "create event" link in google calendar.
4.) enter any event info you want, but you MUST check the "all day" checkbox
5.) sync your evolution calendar to google calendar.
