to mention more exactly for how long it uses my CPU I'll add yet another
comment. On AMD 3700+ it uses maximum resources for 40-60s. The
situation is better now than in Jaunty where it would consume resources

I'll add another log since this oops happened while I was copying over
the wireless. The system did not hard lock (no flashing caps), but the
GUI froze completely and it was not possible to access the system
remotely.
