I feel that my problem is that the synaptic always choose
ncu.dl.sourceforge.net as the downloading source. The server seems to be
unavailable and the synaptic never tries another server. If there is a way to

Surrender hope all ye who enter this thread. I don't think any updates
are coming. It is the end of the line for older intel graphics hardware.
My setup is Intel 82845G. There is still a freeze in Karmic, even if
Compiz is removed.

This has not something to do with the format of the messages. There is
one folder where I get a daily report, always in the same format, and
it is now missing 2 messages from the past 2 days however it did show up
as a new message in the header but never in the actual folder. Very

Hi,
I only need the debdiff for sponsoring, and this debdiff is a lot better :-)
The general rule in Ubuntu is to keep the same patching system as "upstream",
so if the package comes from Debian, we keep what Debian does (that is in this
case, nothing)

This hits quite frequently. Usually when I log in, and GNOME tries to
open a nautilus window for my home dir, it fails. Apport detects this
crash.

This won't happen before the next ffmpeg release. Unfortunately there is
no schedule for that.
However I'm considering packaging a snapshot of ffmpeg in a seperate
package. I'm still not sure on the defaults, though, probably I'll track
astrange's ffmpeg-mt git branch, though.

btw, the svn number is correct, however it refers to the 0.5 branch,
not trunk.
