Same problem on my Medion Akoya mini E1210 with Intel 945GM with 10.2' 1024*600

But only when plugging in the external monitor (19' 1280*1024) after boot.

For me the completion of file names works fine on Karmic's final release.
But there are still some issues:
For example using completion after commands like "sudo", "modprobe" or
"apt-get" will be the ordinary file completion. In Jaunty it was more
case-sensitive, e.g.:
"sudo modp" was completed
Same issue here on Ubuntu 9.10 with an AMD RS780 mobile chipset. The
cursor disappears when inside a small strip on top of my main screen
(laptop screen @ 1280x800). The second screen (external @ 1440x900) is
OK.

System still boots the old kernel 2.6.28-13-generic instead of current
one 2.6.31..
If I run reinstall of linux-image for 2.6.13 then grub says it updated

I stumbled upon the same problem, using the share in question worked
fine until the upgrade to karmic koala. The first meassure i used was
to disable locking, which resolved the "file exists" problem, but still
created files don't appear after the cache flush, creating folders is
working correctly
I opened this bug report yesterday. The problem occurred again today.
Hopefully these data are more reliable and informative than yesterday's.

I have exactly the same problem here with an HP Color Laserjet 2605dn
(Postscript PPD, see enclosed hp4.ppd file). When printing from evince
as available in up-to-date karmic, it prints an error page :
ERROR: undefined

OK, a complete workaround (takes me from "can't connect and can't
display") that works for me is to install the Debian packages and edit
/usr/share/applications/screensavers/electricsheep.desktop (thanks
Eero!) so that the "Exec" line reads:
Exec=electricsheep --root 0 --video-driver xv

Yesterday I registered my laptop on my ubuntu one account (9.10 32bit)
and today i just can't get my desktop registered (9.10 64bit). Bottom
