Leann, Thanks. Looking at this in a virtual terminal, I can establish
that this is a suspend problem, and I can repeat it. But it's a slightly
unusual one, and only occurs when I am using a USB 3G modem. Of course,
I do that almost every day when commuting by train, so that it's not
unusual for me.

I can confirm this bug, even when after installation and the first
reboot, I tried a normal boot and then choose a reboot, it cannot be
complete and just stops at some place seems to be the very beginning of
the new boot.
Don't know if ubiquity is the exact package affected, but I guess not.

Please make sure that you have the version 0.10+bzr242-0ubuntu1
installed (could be delayed by mirrors).
Furthermore make sure to shutdown the current aptdaemon:
sudo killall aptd
Actually there was a code change, so at least the traceback should be a
different one.

I can confirm the bt_audio_service_open: connect() failed: Connection
refused (111) error on 9.10 Beta. The sound works ok off-and-on but
occasionally cuts out and gots to a line-noise sounds for a few seconds.
This worked fine in 9.04, which wasn't using pulse(on my system).
I searched for a bug
