I tested a little bit more, and found out the problem. It happens when
the folder is named "cover" or "artwork".
I'm pretty sure this aspect is not documented anywhere, and that is the
main problem here. Maybe the Cover Manager should make this aspect
obvious somehow.

9.04. I set the BIOS to boot from the CD Drive but Ubuntu Live CD Karmic
