The same thing happens in xine. In Totem, sometimes the video gets
behind the audio, so it pauses, then plays fast to catch up. No doubt

kernels and .30 and it was still present. If it's in intel driver issue

cannot install HP deskjet 550c printer
I've testet the issue from Bug #379545 with the 0.13 version of Julien's
PPA.

I still get a similar issue but this time it's a strange popping sound with
audio, same hardware. It's absent while using the same laptop without
harddrive encryption (using the default options from the Ubuntu alternative

I've opened a bug with debian to split apache (http://bugs.debian.org
/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=468690) apparently it is done, so perhaps
there is just a need to change the dependency to reduce the amount of
packages pulled.

It seems to work fine for me on Karmic now, but I see two devices in
nautilus when browsing computer:///, "SanDisk Sansa e250" and "SanDisk
Sansa e250: SD PLAYER". Trying to use the former just results in an
error "Unable to mount location: no media in the drive" but the second
one takes me to /med

dmidecode. If someone does have this bug again, please reopen it.
When you reopen the bug, please attach the output of 'sudo dmidecode' and the
files /etc/X11/Xorg.conf and /var/log/Xorg.0.log after you've received the

try_snap is looking for a cow_device but when it does not find one, and
$dev is "" (empty) it falsely starts treating the empty device as a
block device, with a bunch of follow-up errors.
Intuitive or not, [ -b ] is true but [ -b "" ] is false.

Can you please try to reset your settings for appearance using:
mythfrontend -r
There is a problem with the mythbuntu 8.04 theme, and the updated 9.10
theme has not been copied to the trunk ppa as of yet.
