Bug affects Kubuntu Karmic
Steps to replicate
1. Right click on a windows title bar and select a transparency level other
than 100% from the opacity submenu
2. Minimize the window
3. Restore the window
4. Right click on the title bar again, and notice that none of the transparency
options are checked. The window may also be more transparent than it should be.
** Affects: kdebase-workspace (Ubuntu)
