This is a living room-PC that we mainly use to watch movies. Before the update
it worked correctly but now with the normal user that we use to watch movies

I use Claws Mail as my mail reader. When I click on a "mailto:"; link in
a pdf document, Evince pops up a yellow bar saying "Unable to start
process claws-mail: permission denied".
If I do "sudo /etc/init.d/apparmor stop", then Evince *can* start

I don't see how ubuntu one would have any effect on that... We don't
touch USB. The only way I could see this happening is if you went
through the undocumented/unsupported/haphazard method of changing the
location of your ~/Ubuntu One folder to be on a USB disk. And I'm
guessing you probably did no
