OK, that didn't take long. With firefox 3.5 (Shiretoko), I've already
had several crashes.
Falling back to version 173 of the Nvidia driver.
(The only other proprietary driver I have active at the moment is the
Alternate Atheros "madwifi" driver.

I've decided to use the same patch that was proposed upstream. Attaching

I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 and my Sandisk Flash Drive USB 2.0 sometimes has
low speed rate. When I connect it in a USB 2.0 port, the transfer rate
generally stays in 2.9 MB/seg. However if I disconnect the Flash drive
and reconnect it again, the speed rate increases to 4.9 ~ 6.0MB/
The problem could be deeper than forgetting the settings. This may be a
clue. Even when the setting is changed to A4, it prints on A4 paper,
but the format is still letter. (Is this another bug, or part of this
bug?) Look closely and you will see that Firefox doesn't print to the
bottom of A4 p

Actually I am running Debian Testing, which is equivalent to Intrepid.
The only way I can print anything is to export to pdf, and then set
Force Rasterize. If I do not force rasterize I get one blank page and
nothing more for multiple-page docs.
