OK, I don't know if this will help or not, but as I stated in my last post,
I down loaded the Karmic Xubuntu 9.10 test version, and installed it on my
work PC, and it works just fine. Last night I downloaded it in the amd64

Hi, guys:
I have the same problem when I try to boot from a boot-able USB key and
install a new ubuntu 9.04 system. It drop me to a busy box, and
installation can not continue. I tried i386 and amd64 ISO, it's the same
problem.
My motherboard is JETWAY HA03, used AMD 780G chipset, AMD AlthonX2 48

(also have a Mobile Radeon 9000)
What should I do now? I'm not interested in installing Kubuntu from

I should add that after some updates about a week or so ago, the primary
user on this computer (me) stopped getting crash reports. However, the
