Public bug reported: Binary package hint: beancounter
installing beancounter with apt-get install does install most other dependencies, but for some reason libdbd-sqlite3-perl had to be manually installed. This happened to me twice yesterday on 2 different machines. $ apt-cache show beancounter | grep -i -P '(filename|depend|version)' Version: 0.8.8 Depends: perl (>= 5.6.0-16), libfinance-yahooquote-perl (>= 0.18), libdate-manip-perl, libdbi-perl, libdbd-pg-perl | libdbd-mysql-perl | libdbd-odbc-perl | libdbd-sqlite3-perl | libdbd-sqlite2-perl, libstatistics-descriptive-perl, postgresql-client | mysql-client | sqlite3 | sqlite Filename: pool/universe/b/beancounter/beancounter_0.8.8_all.deb $ ** Affects: beancounter (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: packaging ** Tags added: packaging -- beancounter doesn't install missing dependency on libdbd-sqlite3-perl https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/379497 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
