On jaunty, I have unchecked "Enable indexing", unchecked "Index mounted
directories", and "/media" added to "Ignored paths". However, almost
every time I insert an SD card and it gets automounted, I get a "crash
report" window about segfault in tracker-indexer, and after that a

Yes, deleting /etc/logrotate.d/ntop will "solve" a problem like this. A
more clean solution is probably to have that file indirectly deleted by
purging the remains of you ntop installation. (dpkg --purge ntop)
That said, it's not necessarily the right packaging solution to have
/etc/logrotate.d/nt

Did you try that using the main specto bazaar branch? It seems to me
that fixing the other python 2.6 issues may have made this vanish, at
least I haven't experienced this particular problem.

My work around for this has been to edit /etc/default/bluetooth. Scroll
to the line that says "HID2HCI_ENABLED=1" and change it to
"HID2HCI_ENABLED=0". save the file and reboot. I don't think just
logging off and back on works. This has been successful for me with a
Logitech Dinovo Edge BT keyb
closing as won't fix. the package from -proposed was removed. there
currently is no way to automatically downgrade a package in such
situations. manually downloading and installing the -4.1 packages should
work.

I've upgraded to Kubuntu 9.04 beta about a week ago and notifications about
software upgrades were not working. The Kdebluetooth icon also disappeared.
I investigated and found out that the command "update-notifier-kde" was failing
with
$ update-notifier-kde

Contacts keep mysteriously disappearing from kaddressbook. I noticed
this because in kopete I have the contacts linked to the kaddressbook
contacts. After a while, kopete contact names just started to show up in
blank.
