experimental but doesn't build with pigment 0.3.13-1 from debian

me, too, but I have simply taken the gdevbit.c from the current SVN (the
diff to the file from 8.64 looks VERY similar) and it worked. Rick I can

I have experienced this same problem on my OEM laptop (Intel P4 2.4 Ghz
proc with 512 MB memory). I also encountered the numerous sr0 buffer
errors on my work laptop, although it did eventually make it to the
desktop on that one. Apparently this is a wide spread problem.

r3262 of the stable branch fixes some deficiencies of the scan algorithm. NM
will scan every 20 seconds for 2 minutes, then bump the
Confirmed as still affecting Jaunty by report in bug #329880.

Making su-to-root available always is a good solution. (A better one is
to stop using any kind of su thing and switch to policykit instead).
Until then, I still think it's inappropriate for lintian to complain. :)

Maybe there are no "PM: " lines during boot, because hibernate fails,
not resume?
This looks possible, as after the crash recovery of root filesystem is always
needed.
