We need the crash file when it crashes there should be a crash file in /var/crash. When you are able to reproduce this crash please check the dir. The only other info we could use is a real back trace. the only issue is i havent had a chance to look and write up instructions to do it for thunderbird. Are you sure its a crash? Is Thunderbird crashing or closing unexpectedly? Please file a new bug report with the info we need.
