I was having the same problem (this error: irq_stat 0x0040,
connection status changed) when waking up from suspend, and I'd like to

PARTIAL SOLUTION:
Apparently I was wrong. The failure to reliably authenticate issue was
in fact a driver problem. I am now able to connect to PEAP and EAP-TTLS
networks reliably using the 2.6.24-22-386 kernel. Now I can connect
every time rather than every sixth time.
However, the EAP-TLS issue
So, it appears this is not a network-manager bug after all. Should it be
re-tagged as a kernel issue?

I still did have this issue - subsequent package upgrades would work,
but it would always complain about openssh-client. I recently had a HD
failure, so I've reinstalled with a new drive and therefore won't be
able to provide further info unfortunately.

Yes, currently in 8.10 Sunbird still lacks Ukrainian locale.
Also, on related note I'd like to remind that Sunbird 0.9 is out and it
supports Ukrainian too. So may be Ukrainian (uk) can be shipped with
Sunbird 0.9 update.
