issue in tty consoles, cause keyboard in X11 works perfectly (I don't
have any keyboard configuration in xorg.conf - I use Gnome's "Keyboard

I confirm that the problem is fixed for me with GRB 3.1.20081010L, on
Ubuntu 8.10 64bit. For some reason, the update didn't come through
automatically -- I went and downloaded the Google Toolbar extensions
manually to get it.
