Sorry that I didn't get enough information reported in my bug submittal.
The deleted files and folders in question were large and by the time that
more info was requested I had already deleted them from the USB Drive using
Windows. I am figuring that it had something to do with Windows permissions

out. It's the gvfs-mount issue with "security=share" in the samba
configuration of the server similar to the discussed ones in previous
versions of ubuntu.
Since I upgraded from hardy to intrepid I've got the problem again.

Same issue here. This is more serious because it's probably keeps LCD from
turning off.
Try to do this in terminal:
# sudo dmesg -c
(This will print debug information and clear the buffer, so next time you
execute "dmesg" it should give you empty output)

I have the same "mieqEnqueue: infinite loop" error on intrepid, with
xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.4.1-1ubuntu10. This only happens when

I have four machines all on intrepid now that crash the printer on a random
basis (mostly with spreadsheet and webpages) that worked for months on gutsy
and hardy. For sure we have lost duplexing

Hi,
Is it worth keeping the dh_icons call? Has it been requested in Debian?
It appears as though the call only has an effect on gtk, which would not be
the main audience for this package.

Every mp3 file is played for 2 secs then sound is missing for 1/2 sec
again it starts giving sound. Using ubuntu 8.10 intrepid. Sort of sound
freezes for half second @ every 2 sec ehereas totem is playing fine but
it does not have graphics equaliser.

adding the 'Option "RenderAccel" "False"' fixed the problem for me as
well. So it seems this is a known bug in the nvidia 96.43.09 drivers.
