I am still having the problem even after the ifconfig down. I notice that if I
do "sudo ifconfig eth1 down" in the terminal that will only shut down the
wireless for a few seconds and then it comes back online. (The wireless LED
proves this). During the actual shutdown the duration is even short

First feedback:
I just installed Kubuntu 8.10 from CD and already had a kernelupdate.
Sound works for no with one strange thing:
- when I log in, Kde starts up and plays the welcome sound for 2
seconds and the sound gets interrupted.
Now I try to play with amarok, -> no sound.
NOTE: just afte
I can see also this at work with RHEL 5.2 and Evolution 2.12.3. It seems
to me that when deleting mails from Exchange it does not create new
thread like when opening email folder or getting email from Exchange
server so is anyone capable of checking the actual implementation is
that the issue?
