I can't shutdown or reboot the system. I can only do that through the console:
sudo shutdown -r/-h now
But logout works! Strange...

Same problem on Vaio SZ3 using Intel 3945ABG chipset and iwl3945 driver with
2.6.24.21 kernel.
Kernel panic occurs when unloading iwl3945 driver, either manually (modprobe
-r) or on hibernation.
Kernel 2.6.24.19 working alright.
LED not working neither since after kernel 2.6.24.19.

It does happen with all the pdf files, including the attached pdf.

If the NVIDIA driver is not explicitly enabled in your xorg.conf, then
Xorg will not load it. That error you see is because there is no
compatible NVIDIA driver found (because it isn't loaded). Your Xorg log
file from the attempt when you ran with the NVIDIA driver shows that the
driver loading ok
Had this same problem today.
I installed python-setuptools which, in turn, depends on python-pkg-resources.
I agree with the OP that a dependency should be added.

Nicolas, it appears that the version of supertux in the Ubuntu
repositories is a much newer upstream version than the one in the Debian
repositories. Gürkan Sengün, the Debian Maintainer, has not uploaded a
new version of the package since 2005. As I doubt we will be able to
sync/merge the package

used it for 5 days with no locks. Today it locked twice and I disabled compiz
fusion. When I disable it, it NEVER freezes (I tested for quite a while). It
