I believe it was meant as irony and as such, it is quite good. I believe Shane completely missed the point of Bernhard's post. what makes it even more ironicis that the only reason Bil gates has any interest in Africa is because it is a wide-open market for Microsoft products/ There is no altruism at all in that man's black heart.
