I'm not seeing the same thing here running a 2.6.24-19 kernel. I
glanced at the config files in the Hardy git tree and CONFIG_CPU_FREQ is
enabled and the /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq directory exists
here:

The problem was fixed a while ago on my end. I filed this report in beta
testing and I completely forgot about it due to inactivity and I used 7.10

I just confirmed that the patch is not in hardies kdebase source package
(kdebase_3.5.9-0ubuntu7.3), yet. This is also the case for the 3.5.9 tag
of KDEs SVN. This one is till at revision 774532 and thus does not
include the fix (783764).

The page www.smoothjazz.com does not provide the radio-stream. If you
click on "Click to listen" on the given page, there is a dialog which
allows you to choose between different types of playlists for different
