I always wondered why audacious was using such an insane amount of CPU;
nearly 20% of my CPU on my laptop, while reading nothing, even when
being hidden. In the end I started to strace the process, to see wtf it
was doing:

It seems that I hit an example where the behavior is left unspecified
and C++ is free to produce whatever code it wants. This is bad, but not

always disappeared after restarting OpenOffice from the Applications
