indeed it has worked.
worth to be noted is that tehere's another bottleneck: each time apt-get
kicks in there is a noticeable delay like this bug when building the
dependency tree.

This is a normal behavior because you don't use the correct command. You
should use LANG=nl_NL.UTF8 instead of lang=nl_NL because gnucash won't
detect that locale installed and will fallback to the C locale (which is
english). If you use LANG=nl_NL.UTF8 and that you create a new file, can
