I added a test case for this to apport. It's actually not a feature
regression, ProcEnviron has never been part of bug reports against a
package and general distro, just for bug reports against a running
program (where we have a PID). It's useful anyway, though, so I'll add
it.

This fixed the problem for me. Preference file doesn't update when
upgrading. After deleting
$HOME/.openoffice.org2/user/config/javasettings_Linux_x86.xml OO.org
correctly re-creates it and works with any JRE.

Check your "/mnt/usb/etc/apt/sources .list", when using image and file protocol.

both work OK. The number of sectors reported for both disks is now OK.

Thanks naught. After deleting my the corresponding file the settings are
recreated correctly. But I still cannot add Icedtea... But that does not
matter to me. JRE 1.6 is OK. Thanks for solving!
