I've tried on 5 different machines now with the same results. I do have
one machine that refuses to install a few packages for unknown reasons.
They are grayed out in the update manager. It also tells me a partial
distro upgrade is available but that just locks up the desktop so I
ignore that. T

- Restarted from Windows
- Logged into Ubuntu
- Observed no network connectivity
- sudo dhclient
- sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart
- sudo dhclient
(Still no connection)
- Restarted the router
- sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart
- sudo dhclient

Next time this occurs, can you try opening a terminal and issuing the

Further info:
When first installed, gamix window is properly sized and arranged horizontally.
If changed to vertical with C-type the window becomes too tall and is
unrecoverable with any setting in C-type.
Proper size, in horizontal, can be restored by uninstalling, restarting, and
reinstalling.

Da alcuni giorni k3b non mi dà più le notifiche di sistema. In particolare mi
riferisco ai suoni di masterizzazione riuscita o fallita. Ho controllato
nell'opzione notifiche ed i suoni sono tutti abilitati.

The link: /var/lib/python-support/python2.4/sepolgen/__init__.py points
to the wrong folder (sepolgen instead of python-sepolgen).
Here's a workaround until the package is corrected:
sudo ln -sf /usr/share/python-support/python-sepolgen/sepolgen/__init__.py
