Hm, I wonder if this is an error of b43-fwcutter not installing the firmware
properly or the driver itself... Could you please give an output of typing
'dmesg' in your terminal? Is the b43 module loaded? 'lsmod | grep b43' tells
you this. If not, what happens, if you do 'sudo modprobe b43'?

I've used Dragon Naturally Speaking and IBM's Via Voice. Both are
closed source, but would make great open source projects if they are
ever opened up. IBM uses Via Voice in many automated telephone
answering systems, so I doubt that would be opened anytime soon.
This seems like a good Google sum
No, I have never installed anything from unofficial sources on this
machine. I just upgraded from gutsy a few months ago and then I have
updated my system about once every two days.

I don't have such file (in that directory I only have desktop.xml and
workspaces.xml), and I also can reproduce this bug (I reported a
duplicate: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfce-mcs-
manager/+bug/196234).
Please let me know, if I should provide any information that helps.
Thanks,

Is there a record generated in an ubiquity log file that captures this
installation time? If not, could a simple script be added so that

traducidas.
