I was trying to reproduce this bug, but could not really figure out what

I also have this issue. When I first start my computer and open kopete,
it logs in without difficulty. If, however, I exit kopete and then
restart it, it fails to connect to the msn servers. This is true no
matter how many times I restart the program until I restart my entire

I'm running Ubuntu gutsy on a Macbook Pro (+ fglrx with AIGLX not Xgl).
X crashes when I resume from suspend-to-RAM with compiz running (resumes

I believe that I booted from an older livecd that did work, then I mounted
my hard disk in that running instance and used chroot to go into the hard
disk filesystem and ran apt-get from there.

Submitted the attached patch to linux-usb mailing list.
Basically black list this device since I've demonstrated it's reporting one
sector more than it actually has available and then wedges when reading that
last, non-existant sector.

A slightly educated guess would hypothesize that the GUI doesn't like
the backslashes that are needed in the path, because when the needed
backslash is manually added to /etc/exports, the 'Shared Folders' GUI

Unless you are an Ubuntu core-developer, please don't change sync bugs
for Main packages. Confirmed means something different for syncs than it
does for normal bugs. The build failure was due to an sbuild bug in
soyuz that has, hopefully, been fixed now.
