i don't know if it is still a problem mean while i switched to booting
only gutsy so i can't try to reproduce it maybe other people still have
it. judging from the forum thread i guess i was not the only one with
this problem. but since i don't dual boot any more i have no clue. so

This is a race condition between hal and dbus which happens when the two
initscripts are started concurrently by upstart.
This should not happen because hal initscript requires dbus for starting
but instead happens when upstart concurrency is enabled because the

My system freeze after the trackerd took out the CPU resources up to
60%.
