This occurs for me on Gutsy though more than just the window title.
If I play a local file from my library the following occurs:
1) Notification icon changes to indicate playback
2) Right clicking the notification icon displays a menu with "Play" checked
3) Hovering over the notification icon sho

I know this is a very old thread, but I'm posting this here just because

I am using Mozilla Firefox on Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon.
When I press the F10-key, it does not open the menu or switch focus to
the menubar.
Firefox does this on Windows.
Other applications in Linux also work this way, such as Text Editor and F-Spot,
