This occurred on Gutsy immediately after an upgrade from Feisty.
The problem is not that the scripts don't exist. The problem is that
gtkpod is looking for the scripts in the wrong directory.
I just re-installed gtkpod-aac and the problem occurred again. Here is
the error message I received:

If I move back to my original desktop (Ctrl+Alt+F7), then back to remote
login, then the remote session has crashed with a graphics error (Screen

I used the theme Crux and it crashes. I tried all others theme and all
are OK. Removing openoffice.org-gnome did also the trick. This bug can

On my Ricoh reader, my SD Card 2Go is recognized only if formatted in FAT32.
" sudo fdisk -l " will tell you if your card is actually FAT16 or FAT32.
Try to format yours (with Windows) in FAT32. Maybe it will work.

I am having the same problem. When Mythfrontend is running, I cannot
logout/shutdown/restart.
Pressing the logout button only has as result that Mythfrontend shows
the screen: Do you really want to quit MythTV?
I would think that this is blocking the logout process. I added a line
in the .bash_lo

Having similar issues with rt73usb on Ubuntu 7.10, connection seems to
last sometimes as long as 24 hours, till any heavy downloading occurs
then cuts out and won't reconnect unless you shutdown and boot up again,
pressing Restart doesn't fix it either. Only a clean shutdown.

Could you please recheck it with latest Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon 7.10 or the
Live CD? If you upgrade please make sure that the -intel driver is used
in /etc/X11/xorg.conf instead of -i810.

When I run Kubuntu 7.10, using the live install CD, my monitor model
(Acer AL1702W) and its max resolution (1440x900) are detected correctly.
However only three-fourth of the screen was used and the display was
badly skewed. I'm using an nVIDIA GeForce4 MX 4000.

I just let you know the problem is completely solved with fedora8.
Probably the last kernel uses an updated intel driver.
I join the xorg.conf generated by fedora.
