I use wpasupplicant ver. 0.6.0-1 on Ubuntu Gutsy tribe 5, which is
installed by default and configured through the gnome-network-admin
interface.
I changed the boot priority of /etc/init.d/networking to be one of the
first or last init to be launched (because WPAsupplicant is launched
through it).
I'd like to reopen this bug as I see it in gutsy. Don't know if this is the
right place for it though.

I am having the same issue. My system is latest gutsy with the nvidia
binary package.
My system freezes when I try to kill X with ctrl-alt-backspace, when I

When starting apollon, it display a message that it is not able to
connect, then it doesn't respond... After a few seconds, the kwin
message is coming if I wan't to kill the program, and then ubuntu isn't
reponding anymore, I have to cut the power
