After commenting the portion of code described above, not only did it solve the
0 byte files problem (on FAT32) but also the doubling of files extensions.
For every file I downloaded, an extension was added after the save dialog. This

When things hang on boot, this computer has a reset button which I use
when I'm sure everything that's going to happen has. My IBM computers
don't have a reset, so I just have to hold the power off button for

This error occurs to me since I exchanged my graphics card. Formerly I

to an old onBoard Intel graphics adapter. The driver is the i810. Si

upgrading to 7.04 the fan control does not work at all causing the

Download the source code, enter the "_spe" folder and open Menu.py
Get to line 188 and replace these lines:

I was create the attached short perl script for repairing bad
orientation in postscript documents.
Steps bellow describes both paper side printing landscape multiple page PPT
slide and sounds like from year 1974, but it works well for me on Feisty.
