I have solved the hard lock problem I was experiencing above. I am now
running feisty 7.04 beta with the low-latency kernel. I assume the same
effect for the generic kernel. I patched the hostap_cs module in the
kernel source as described above first and rebuilt the kernel. My
wireless card worked

First at all, sorry for my poor english as I'm argentinian. I have
downloaded the Feisty Fawn Beta release (!386) and the pwd that I choose
in the installation give me an "Authentication Error" in the login
screen. So I change the pwd using the root acount (in the recovery mod
Wacom devices are not just Tablet PC overlays, there are also "cheap"

connected to RS232 port at startup once, and if it is there, then add to

fixed it a while back and after this mornings update, the same problem
had reappeared. Edited the file again and it now works.

I'm also seeing this a lot. I use the ATI driver and run full screen
gnome-terminal sessions, all running screen. I switch between virtual
desktops a lot and it only happens when I switch and will go away on a
redraw (i.e. pressing ctrl-l in the terminal).
