I think it is a problem with the debian/rules: the binary-src target
depends on the orig tarball. It builds in a pbuilder, since the orig
tarball is in the parent directory, but it ftbfs in the buildd (the orig

When the screensaver is set to come on automatically, a blank screen appears
and there is no requirement to login when you move the mouse / press a key,
it just goes back to the desktop. If you 'Lock Screen', then it works fine.

I've just confirmed this bug is still true with Feisty Herd 5 Xubuntu
desktop CD on a 128MB system (which includes 2MB shared graphics ram).
The CD will very slowly boot to an X desktop with the "Install" icon and
the CD icon, but no panels. The Installer will start, but hangs on the
second page.

Thanks a lot for your bug report, and for the lspci output. From that
output, I see that you appear to have a JMicron AHCI controller. There
is a known problem with that controller at boot time, for which a fix
has recently been committed. Unfortunately it didn't quite make it in
time for beta
I have to admit that this bug does not occur with all files. It does not
occur when you directly click on a link of a file (such as in a
directory). It does, however, occur when I want to download files from
my Yahoo E-mail account. See attached slides for screenshots.

I'm using the newest feisty and have here a rt2570USB in my medion PC.
When I try to use the serial monkey drivers feisty crashes every boot.

I downloaded the Feisty debs and installed them on Edgy. All seems to
be working flawlessly. I can't see any problems that would prevent them
from being added to the Edgy repos.

Some additional info. Rhythmbox 0.9.8 up to date Feisty as of 24 Mar 07.
11,000 song lib on samba.
If I click in the artist part of the collection before rhythmbox starts
