Seems to work.
I seem to need to kill NetworkManager, and then bring that back up - but
the card is coming up and flashing, ie showing that it's been
recognised, after hibernate.

The attached patch is identical to the Novell patch and fixes the issue
for me.
It will disable the 2.6 PCI enumeration on PPCs, since it doesn't
support multi-domain PCI properly.

There is support available, but ATI has not allowed it to be integrated
with X.org. So blame ATI/AMD (or ask them to give a permission to
integrate the 2D support for X1300 - X1950 -series of cards, which has
been already written but under an NDA so the creator needs permission
from ATI/AMD).

might a duplicate of another bug, which is resolved by changing "ati" to
"radeon" in xorg.conf (for now).

Hm... the -i was there in the first place. I could swear however that
during previous builds, a postinst/postrm was never created for xfonts-
dosemu. Now (and on a real clean dapper) it does get created. Maybe I
was just doing some silly things ;)

I'm no longer getting the same specific problem on the same specific
page. This could be due to the fact that I'm now on Edgy, or that the
page has changed, or I might have installed some different
firefox/gstreamer plugin since the problem first occurred. Will try to

worked version the bug can be marked fixed, doing that now. Ranting on a

Please do not close this bug report. It has certainly nothing to do with
licensing, since Ubuntu is officially entitled to use the official
Firefox icon. For this reason, the official icon should be provided in
high resolutions as well to make it look as good as possible. I know
