Hmm... that seems reasonable, but we also don't seem to say that this

We have two Kubuntu Dapper systems at home that also have printing
broken. We print to a Debian CUPS system over our local network and
printing worked perfectly fine until som update in early August (can't
specify exactly which).

This certainly is a bug of Quarry in Ubuntu.
I have done a clean install of Dapper 6.06 with Quarry and GnuGo in
order to verify it. This was a completely default install, and the
Quarry package from the Universe respository. The error is there, and
it is replicable.

Yes, there are no provisions in SBackup against disk space overflow.
However if a backup is done to a remote location then the only thing
that is stored locally is a list of files to backuped which is stored in
/tmp, which usually is a RAM disk.

I checked what I suspected and it's true. This segfault will only
happen if the spell check as you type is turned on. If off, I can do
the smiley + two spaces and do a spell check with no problem.

The cronfile in question sets a very unusual schedule. According to that
backups should happen at every round hour, but only on Fridays.

Startup scripts, or rather autostart .desktop files are installed.
The Search menu is only updated on a fresh login. A fresh login will start
beagled and use beagle-search in Places.

Did you run the script on your laptop or print server?
The output shows you have a direct connected printer on LPT1, on the client I
would expect a device with an ipp address.
Can you run the script on your laptop.

If totem is using Xine as its backend, then this is probably the same
problem I am having with Kaffeine and Xine.
I have an OGM contained video with a subtile in vobsub format. Xine crashes

When the polygon tool is clicked to add a polygon to a page, you can
click enough to create a simple triangle. There is no apparent way to
