That system is long gone so I do not have the hardware anymore. I cannot
remember if I ever found a solution. I think it was an ATI rage PCI card
that it failed on. If I can find similar hardware in the pile I will try
and reproduce the error.

I finally just dropped back to 6.06 and I have not had any problems.
