Most upstream names for Qt creator plugins seem to follow the naming
scheme:
qtcreator-plugin-$NAME
I think it would be better to stick with this and use qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu

OK. It would have been nice to have some discussion with the team that's been
maintaining this package for years before making major changes like that.
Although we don't have formal maintainership as in Debian, it is considered a
polite thing to do.
Patches should be accepted upstream before
