The brightness down key does not cause a problem, indeed it actually

Hi! i've retested this with: v3.1 (fails) and also v3.2-rc1 (WORKS!)
- however, any later kernel release for precise is broken and still
causes the brightness key lockup. I also tested the v3.4-rc6-precise and
that produces the same problem. Please advise. Thanks!

and Oneiric certification testing, so seems to be precise and later only
