Adding restricted-manager product to this bug. PCI ID seems to be in

lspci says the card is the following:

It's the nvidia driver from the nvidia homepage and I had no problems
with it.
I removed the driver (again), switched to nv and rebooted -> "Your
hardware doesen't need any restricted drivers".

The problem changed a bit in the behaviour since feisty beta, but the
result was always the same. Restricted-Manager didn't install a working
Nvidia driver.
The latest version of the problem is that r-m mentions that my hardware
doesn't need any restricted drivers. In some older versions of r-m th

What exactly is the problem though? Bug reports can only be about one
issue and I'm not sure what this bug is about... Is it simply
restricted-manager doesn't recognise your card out of the box?

driver is in use (after I installed it manually again).
