I get this problem almost every single time I check for updates on
either Precise install I have. It doesn't seem to have any adverse
effects on finding and installing updates, however.

No attempt of partitial upgrade here, just occured for the first time, opened
update-manger and reloading cache leads me here.
Although apport states a different error than topic (screenshot).
The error 'no package named libpolkit-gtk-1-0' seems obsolet.
