Confirm this bug, but not only with gwibber or empathy. When I open
Nautilus window from GNOME Places menu, then close it and open again, it
also appears a few pixel rightwards.

I can confirm this issue. This always happens for my empathy window.
Really annoying is that the workspace is not switched properly when the window
is overlapping two workspaces.
95% of the empathy window is on workspace 1, the other 5% are on workspace 2.
Normally the workspace is switched auto
