I am working with Tzafrir on that packaging now. When we're ready, I'll be
asking for a Debian sync to get the new package into (at least) Natty, and I
will have a copy of it for Maverick in my PPA to test.

branch is compatible with Ubuntu Lucid and Ubuntu Maverick, so you don't
need to redo it. (Early commits did however have incompatibilities.)

I have made contact with the PKG-VoIP maintenance team at Ubuntu and I
am working with them on making changes to the package. I'll post on this
bug again when we can sync the package from Debian - hopefully, in
enough time to get it into Natty.
