Please file a new bug using 'ubuntu-bug network-manager', in case what you
are seeing is a different issue. Don't forget to tell us the bug number. It
would still be useful though to check if your system works fine on natty, it
gives us a point with which to compare.

This is not really satisfactory. When I recently installed Ubuntu on my
new laptop, only version 10.10 is listed as the current version. That's
still the case. So I have to go hunting for an alpha version that might
break other things in order to solve this problem?

I upgraded to 11.04 and now have no problems with wifi anymore. So I'm
going to close this bug since cannot reproduce the bug, neither provide
any new info about this bug.

Seems like this is an issue with the driver rather than wpasupplicant --
looks like it only really happens after you disable and re-enable
networking/wifi:
wpa_supplicant[970]: Association request to the driver failed
